I really appreciated the excellent staff behavior. They were so gentle and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also above expectations, which was a great surprise. In addition, the room was alright and met my needs during my stay.

The hotel is situated in a decent location with some restaurants nearby. the staff is friendly and polite and the breakfast is decent.

The hotel is poorly maintained and in dire need of renovation. the towels and bed covers are unclean and the bathrooms lack proper cleaning and basic facilities such as toilet paper.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. the hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace that provided stunning views of the city.

Our room was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. the bathroom had a stale smell and the towels provided were old and stained.

Despite a few minor issues, my stay at Hotel Waterfall in New Delhi was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, offering a delicious start to the day. Although there were a few shortcomings, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Best aspects of Christmas stay: The food variety was amazing and the room was very cozy. The hotel is located in a great spot, near to everything and all the sights. they had a really nice gym which I took advantage of.

The staff at the front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing and it took forever to get my room. Once I finally got to my room, it was clean but smelled like smoke, which wasn't pleasant.
